KAJIAN LITERATUR: RESILIENSI SEBAGAI VARIABEL PSIKOLOGIS YANG BERPERAN PENTING DALAM PROSES PENDIDIKAN MAHASISWA KEDOKTERAN

Abstrak

Sebagai seorang mahasiswa, banyak peran dan proses pembelajaran yang harus diikuti. Pada awal proses pendidikan tinggi mahasiswa menghadapi tekanan akademik dan juga proses adaptasi terhadap budaya belajar dan lingkungan sosial. Kondisi ini seringkali menjadi tekanan bagi mahasiswayang dapat berpengaruh terhadap kondisi psikologisnya. Situasi ini juga seringkali berpengaruh terhadap performa akademik mahasiswa. Mengatasi tekanan memerlukan variabel psikologis yang tepat sehingga mahasiswa dapat menghadapi dan mengatasi masalah dengan baik. Kajian literatur dilakukan pada tulisan ini untuk mengetahui gambaran resiliensi dan perannya dalam proses pendidikan mahasiswa kedokteran. Resiliensi merupakan respon yang ditunjukkan oleh individu yang dapat membantunya dalam menghadapi dan mengatasi kesulitan dan risiko psikososial. Resiliensi tidak hanya memengaruhi performa akademik mahasiswa, namun juga berpengaruh terhadap kondisi psikologis lainnya. Perlu dilakukan telaah mendalam mengenai resiliensi, sehingga dapat dikembangkan program untuk mengasah keterampilan resiliensi mahasiswa.
