Effective August 1, 2026, the Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscripts submitted to Ibnu Sina: Jurnal Kedokteran dan Kesehatan - Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara is IDR 800,000 per accepted article.

The APC is payable in two stages:

• Submission Fee: IDR 300,000, payable after the manuscript has been submitted. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of the editorial decision.
• Publication Fee: IDR 500,000, payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and has been accepted for publication.

Authors are required to upload proof of payment through the Discussion section in the journal's submission system after each payment has been made. The editorial office will verify the payment before proceeding to the next stage of the publication process.
