Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan fase pertumbuhan yang membutuhkan pemenuhan gizi optimal, termasuk kebiasaan sarapan pagi. Edukasi gizi dengan media yang menarik diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman remaja mengenai pentingnya sarapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai perbedaan skor pengetahuan dan sikap remaja sebelum dan sesudah edukasi menggunakan video animasi tentang pentingnya sarapan pagi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pra-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pre-test–post-test. Sampel berjumlah 76 siswa kelas X jurusan keperawatan di SMK Persada Husada Indonesia yang dipilih menggunakan total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan dan sikap, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Rata-rata skor pengetahuan meningkat dari 13,08 menjadi 14,83, sedangkan rata-rata skor sikap meningkat dari 44,89 menjadi 49,67. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan bermakna pada skor pengetahuan dan sikap sebelum dan sesudah edukasi dengan nilai p<0,001. Edukasi video animasi diikuti oleh peningkatan skor pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang pentingnya sarapan pagi. Penelitian lanjutan dengan kelompok kontrol dan pengukuran jangka panjang diperlukan untuk menilai keberlanjutan hasil edukasi.
